About DJ Quinn
From coding to consoles, DJ Quinn made the bold leap from software engineering to music. With 2.5 years in the industry, he’s a Bollywood DJ and music producer based in Kolkata, having started his journey in Bengaluru and performed at over 100 gigs across India.
When and how did you get into DJing?
My passion for music began early, with professional training in classical music, but I had to pause it due to academics and corporate life. After joining an MNC in Bangalore and attending corporate parties, I developed a strong interest in DJing, did my research, joined an academy—and that’s how it all began.
Do you produce your own music, or remix existing tracks?
Yes, I produce my own music and also remix existing tracks.
What’s something unique about you that sets you apart from other DJs?
What sets me apart is that I play some of my unreleased tracks during my sets—exclusive music you won’t find online.
What’s your go-to track to get the crowd hyped?
My go-to track to get the crowd hyped is Dil Luteya.
What cities and countries have you performed in so far?
I’ve performed across various cities in India, including Kolkata, Purulia, Durgapur, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Vizag, Rajahmundry, Trichy, Kochi, Varanasi, Bhubaneswar, Rourkela, Jamshedpur, Bokaro, Dibrugarh, Bilaspur, and Tripura.

My sound is all about bangers—energetic, original, and crowd-moving.
Favorite clubs you would love to play or have played?
My favorite clubs I’d love to play at or have played include Flyhigh Kochi, Lord of the Drinks Whitefield, Club Barrocks, Atmosphere Dibrugarh, and Frat House Hyderabad.
