About DJ Piyush
DJ Piyush is one of the most awarded DJs in India and the only National Champion of The Times War of the DJs from Hyderabad. Known for his unmatched talent and versatility, he has earned numerous prestigious honors, including Pride of Telangana, Iconic DJ, Iconic VDJ (The Times Hospitality Icons), Entertainer of the Year, Best DJ for Corporate Events & Weddings, Music Producer of the Year, TAA Virtuoso Award, TCEI Best DJ of the Year, and recognition as one of Delhiites’ Top 10 DJs in the Country. He’s also received accolades such as the Gem of India Award (SIWPC), Most Popular DJ 2022 by Cypher Hours, Pearl of Hyderabad Award (TCEI), and Best Bollywood DJ Award (TAA).
Having performed in over 10 countries and 250 nightclubs—and still counting—DJ Piyush is a force in the music scene. A DJ, remixer, producer, and entrepreneur, he also serves as the Dean and Co-Founder of PATSAV Academy, nurturing the next wave of music professionals.
When and how did you get into DJing?
I started DJing at the age of 16, turning my passion for music into a deep understanding of electronic sound and crowd connection. What sets me apart is my ability to read the vibe, remix live, and keep the energy high with spontaneous performances and a strong stage presence. My goal is always to create an unforgettable experience on the dance floor.
Do you produce your own music, or remix existing tracks?
Yes, I produce my own music and remix tracks. I’ve released 8 albums—7 remix albums and 1 original—and have done several official remixes for films.
What’s something unique about you that sets you apart from other DJs?
I give it everything to make sure everyone has a great time. With 29 years of experience, high energy, fast-paced mixing, and a strong stage presence that includes interaction and spontaneous rapping, I make sure there’s never a dull moment. I genuinely love performing long sets and keeping the vibe alive from start to finish.
What’s your go-to track to get the crowd hyped?
My go-to track to hype the crowd keeps changing every month or year, as music constantly evolves and I love staying in sync with the latest vibes.
What cities and countries have you performed in so far?
I’ve had the privilege of performing in over 10 countries and countless cities, with international gigs in Israel, Thailand, the USA, Switzerland, Bahrain, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Mauritius, among others. In India, I’ve played across major metros and beyond—Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Goa, Kolkata, Jaipur, Pune, Bhubaneswar, Bengaluru, Lucknow, Vizag, Vijayawada, Guwahati, Kanpur, Nagpur, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Kochi, and more—at top clubs, luxury hotels, music festivals, and exclusive private events.

Favorite clubs you would love to play or have played?
Some of my favorite clubs I’ve played or would love to play include PRISM (Hyderabad), SINQ (Goa), Griffin Lounge (Chicago), Club Highland (Los Angeles), Bar Borrousa Lounge (Shanghai), and Club Avalon (Bay Area, USA).
