When and how did you get into DJing?
We started our DJ journey at a local school in Krasnoyarsk, where we discovered our passion for music and mixing. Wanting to grow, we moved to Moscow for advanced training and deeper exposure to the electronic scene.
That’s where DJ Twins Shmidt truly came to life—born from passion, refined with skill, and driven by the desire to move people through music.
Do you produce your own music, or remix existing tracks?
Yes—we do both! We love producing our own original tracks, where we can fully express our emotions and vision. At the same time, we also remix existing songs, adding our unique twist and energy to make them dancefloor-ready. It’s all about creating a vibe that connects with the crowd.
What’s something unique about you that sets you apart from other DJs?
We’re two souls, one vibe—like mirror images with a shared musical heartbeat. As twin sisters, our connection is natural and deep, creating a magnetic energy on stage that’s hard to ignore. When we play together, it’s not just a set—it’s a synchronized experience.
What’s your go-to track to get the crowd hyped?
It’s not just one track—it’s the energy we bring, the way we dance, and how we connect with the crowd through the mic and the music. Whether it’s a driving techno drop or a powerful Bollytech groove, we choose tracks that spark movement and emotion. The real magic is in how we deliver it.
What cities and countries have you performed in so far?
We’ve performed in several exciting places around the world, including Moscow and our hometown Krasnoyarsk in Russia, as well as Berlin in Germany. Our journey also brought us to Phuket in Thailand and multiple cities across India, such as Mumbai, Goa, Indore, and Lucknow. Each location has given us a unique connection with the crowd, and we love bringing our energy to new dance floors around the world.
