About DJ Donna
With nearly two decades of experience, DJ Donnaa made history as India’s youngest female DJ in 2004. Recognized for her talent, she was ranked #1 in India by EDM Droid’s Top DJs of Asia in 2021 and secured the #12 spot in Delhiites Magazine’s Top 50 DJs in India. A global performer, she has shared the stage with numerous national and international acts. Known for her versatility across genres like Hip Hop, Bollywood, Commercial House, and Melodic Progressive, DJ Donnaa also spins under her alter ego DNA, delivering soulful Melodic Progressive sets. She hosts her own talk show, The Donna Show, on YouTube.
When and how did you get into DJing?
In 2024, I stepped into the scene thanks to friends who recognized my potential early on. My love and passion for music have kept me going ever since.
Do you produce your own music, or remix existing tracks?
I do both—I produce my own original music and remix existing tracks to bring a fresh, unique vibe to my sets.
What’s your go-to track to get the crowd hyped?
It depends on the vibe of the dance floor, but classics like Oh Oh Jaane Jaana, Dhan Te Nan, Oh Ho Ho Ho, and Mundiyan Tu Bachke usually work wonders—old is truly gold!
What cities and countries have you performed in so far?
I’ve performed all across India, as well as in several international locations, bringing my sound to diverse audiences around the world.
