Tell us how your journey as a DJ began.
My journey as a DJ began with a deep passion for music and a desire to create unforgettable experiences through sound. What started as a love for beats and rhythms gradually grew into a passion for mixing tracks, exploring different genres, and connecting with people through music. Every performance has been an opportunity to learn, grow, and express my creativity. Today, I continue to pursue my passion with dedication, aiming to bring fresh energy to every set and make every moment behind the decks memorable.
What inspired you to pursue DJing professionally?
I was inspired to pursue DJing professionally after watching some of my friends perform as DJs. Seeing their passion for music, the energy they created, and the way they connected with the crowd motivated me to explore DJing myself. Their influence sparked my interest in learning the art of mixing and creating memorable musical experiences, which eventually inspired me to turn my passion into a profession.
How would you describe your signature sound and what makes it difficult?
I would describe my signature sound as versatile, energetic, and experimental. I love exploring different genres, experimenting with new sounds, and blending unexpected tracks to create a unique musical experience. For me, the challenge is finding the perfect balance between experimenting with music and keeping the crowd connected to the vibe. I believe every set is an opportunity to try something new, push creative boundaries, and give the audience an unforgettable experience.
How do you read a crowd and decide what to play next?
I read the crowd by observing their energy, reactions, and the kind of music they enjoy. I pay attention to how they respond to each track and choose the next song based on their vibe and preferences. For me, it’s all about understanding the audience, going with the flow, and keeping the dance floor alive with the right music at the right moment.
Is there a track or style you love playing when the energy needs a boost? Why?
Whenever the energy needs a boost, I love playing Punjabi tracks or Bollywood bangers. These songs have an infectious vibe that instantly connects with the crowd and gets people dancing. The beats, catchy lyrics, and high-energy rhythms make them perfect for lifting the mood and bringing everyone to the dance floor.
Do you produce your own music, or remix existing tracks?
Currently, I don’t produce my own music or remix existing tracks. My main focus is on DJing, experimenting with different sounds, and creating an unforgettable experience for the crowd through music selection, mixing, and seamless transitions.
Describe your sound in 3 words?
Smooth Mixing. Good Music. Great Vibes. 🎧
What are your future goals as a DJ?
My future goal is to become one of the top female DJs internationally, performing at renowned clubs, music festivals, and iconic venues around the world. I aspire to build a strong global presence, continuously improve my skills, and create unforgettable musical experiences for audiences worldwide. I want to inspire more women to pursue their passion for DJing and make my mark on the international music scene.
